Summertime, and the living is easy................

J dropped me off at the gym this morning, and the air con had been ramped up to the max. It was bliss, and even after doing the Sprint, I still felt coolish. Saw the usual Sunday gang, although most of them left before me, except Des.  Coming out of the gym, the heat was intense, so I sat on a bench in the field's and drunk the remains of my water. The walk home seemed longer than usual, and because it's uphill all the way, I was positively  melting when I got in, and jumped straight in the shower. Besides doing the washing, I haven't done much else this afternoon. I am determined not to moan about the heat because as you know, I feel the cold, but it might just be a tad too hot, even for me.
