Lazy Sunday Afternoon

Last day of even more unlocked before so called freedom day. For those unfamiliar with uk politics, our previous health minister was forced to resign after being caught snogging a woman who was not his wife and definitely not social distancing.
His replacement has just contracted COVID. You watch, we said to each other, no doubt the prime minister and the rest of the sorry shower will say they’re taking part in a pilot project whereby they don’t have to isolate as the rest of us do. Lo and behold exactly that scenario happened until the public derision and outcry forced them into a change of mind. So now anyone pinged as a contact of the health minister will have to isolate after all. Doesn’t anyone ever step back and wonder how this looks to the rest of the population and the world?
