Sunrise & Sunset

Insomnia last night, watched the sunrise. Took B and R a walk at 5.30am, D was too hot and bothered to join us. It was still cool so the girls were ok.

I gave L a lift to the arena for her appointment, she got a sticker too.

Another scorchio day - we spent the day in the garden, shade and cool mats were the order of the day.
