Sunflower

I planted twelve sunflower seeds but only three came up (not counting the one the dog dug up and the volunteer that came up from dropped birdseed). They have been various sizes from palm size to about as round as my face. I love watching how they change as they grow.

Mostly I love how they look in black and white.

Read up today on how to harvest the seeds. This will happen in a couple of weeks.
