Wake Surfing

This sport has become quite popular here in the Okanagan.  Similar in some ways to snow boarding....


These specialized boats take on extra water on either side of the boat to create these big wakes...(waves) behind the boat in order to wake surf. A very safe sport as one does not go very fast..
