Blooming marvellous!

Spent the afternoon and evening at the new house today. It took several hours just to put up one IKEA bed! Those instructions without words are a real test of visual comms, I’d probably have done better trying to read Swedish than guess from the illustrations. Anyhow, one step further :)

The flowers the builders left us are really splendid, here’s a blip of them on our new kitchen ‘island’! They were looking a wee bit droopy because of the heat, a bit like myself, so added plenty of water to both them and me!

Last dog walk round here with Daisy and Buster together this morning. (Mum and Dad stopped in past tonight and took the dog away for a few days while the movers are here which is really helpful)

Tomorrow the removal truck arrives!
