Today is the day!

I got up to go for a walk before the heat kicked in -there was a lovely cool breeze so I decided to run instead. Hard going but glad I did it.
R headed off with his mates walking- good luck to them in this heat!!
Took the little ones for bike practise and feed the ducks. We also found this little family too. We stumbled across a local music band and book signing on the return where we went for coffee. Lovely time spent there.
Home and in the paddling pool and I built them such a den to keep the sun off them.
Lots of playtime had before grandma and grandad arrived.
A lovely day followed by a Chinese.
