Mono Monday - Groovy

This piece of fabric, which has been in my stash for I don't know how long, seems to fit the bill for the Mono Monday challenge suggested by Laurie54 and Doyley22.
 It has a GROOVY vibe, black and white was always groovy as I remember it.  It is crying out to be made into a mini skirt to be worn with stiletto heeled shoes and a black patent leather belt.  Although as it is only a remnant of fabric it would have to be a very mini skirt.
