Restoration is Necessary

…for this atlas, printed in the 1680s in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Acquired by my parents more than 60 years ago, rescued from a dusty attic out of the hands of non-informed schoolchildren, who used the work as scrap paper, it has rested since then in a wooden coffer. Its provenance is unclear, how did the work come from one of the most significant trading cities to a small village in South Lower Saxony? Time to find a capable restorer to repair it thoroughly.
