Today's the day ........................ to benefit

It's always nice to receive an unexpected present - two cartons of these little red jewels - from a friend that had a bumper crop of them this year.  We, on the other hand, don't seem to have any, so it's specially nice.

They'll go in the deep freeze until I decide what to do with them.  Any suggestions or recipe ideas ..........................?
