Look what the sun brought out

Lots of butterflies! I had a leisurely stroll this afternoon incorporating a Big Butterfly Count. Big numbers of Ringlets and quite a few Meadow Browns. And right on cue, Gatekeepers were flirting around and more importantly from a blip point of view, settling on the bracken fronds.
