A nice ride

After dinner we did a nice ride by bike. But when we got half way there was a little warning sign, telling not to go into the woods, because of the oak processionary caterpillar. this little animal sits on the trunks of oak trees with many congeners, and has very annoying hair. they let go of the hairs, and these cause enormous itching and rashes on people. the hairs can travel considerable distances with some wind. We kept out of the woods, but before we are home we both had itchy arms… the thing is: almost no cure to get rid of the itchy spots!
