Milestone

I had blood tests this morning. Ivan dropped me off but I was finished much earlier than expected so I walked home rather than wait for him to return. It’s really not at all far but it’s my first walk with a purpose since the heart attack.
I slowed down coming up the small incline at the bottom of the road and had a couple of rests along the way, but I achieved it with no difficulty and no walking stick.
Spent much of the rest of the day keeping cool.
This is the little park at Ings Grove from the roadside. A lovely day.
