Took advantage of the sun and relative warmth today for a stroll around the Stroudwater Navigation and river Frome around Stanley Downton.

Did think about taking the fly rod with me but I guessed that the ridiculous amount of rain yesterday would have knackered the river. As it was I was half right, it was up and coloured but probably may have been okay.

Not to worry, no fishing just meant more looking and exploring.
