Audi R8s x 2

2 one hour walks today. 09:00 and 20:00 (still 25C). Unbelievably 15,500 steps and over 11km. Rest of day spent inside with fan on.

Still surviving the heat. We have extreme heat, amber warnings until Thursday evening. Hate to think how stuffy it must be in London etc.

On our evening walk these 2 cars drove past. Found them parked at the end of ‘our’ cliff-top. Fit young owners. Had a chat with them. Oh to be 21 again.

Watched the International Space Station fly overhead. Visible for 7 mns at 21:49. 7 men currently aboard. Circuits the globe in ca. 90 mns. Fascinating.
