Mountain Devil

There are lots of us who could be put under this category no doubt, but the Lambertia formosa takes the cake. This photo was taken when a pool of sunlight caught the bush in flower despite the cold. Today, with a chilly, driving wind, a chance of snow ahead, and Lockdown's need of a cheerful topic, this Mountain Devil seemed to fill the blipbill as well as anything else on hand.
