Small boy

We had the small boy here today, he is 4 and a half. His mum was at a course. First we tried to make a vacuum cleaner but that didn’t work. The toys aren’t appreciated so Bob bought in some boxes and together we made a great construction, mostly directed by E. Then he and Pop made a helicopter to land on the top. Then we made a chocolate cake but the oven decided to call it a day. Looks like we need to visit the shops and buy a new one. Most annoying. Anyway I put the cake in the air fryer and it cooked that way. 

E ate all his lunch ( soup and toast ) and didn’t stop talking all day except when he was watching a science show on YouTube called Science Max. Doing experiments. I wonder what he will be when he grows up, he is a bit different to the others and obviously very smart. 

I picked up the older three boys from their schools and then had afternoon tea with Kristy ( their Mum). Her course has been cancelled as there has been a Covid case in the next town and all health facilities are stopping courses and extra curricular activities. We’ll be in lockdown in the next week or so I guess. Disappointing as our last case was April 2020….. News just in, three regional local council areas are going into lockdown tonight but not us yet. Our son in law will be affected.
