Birthday today

Today was my sister's 70th birthday, as you can see from this cake. There was a very nice party for her, attended by her many friends, and a good time was had by all. This coming Thursday she will be having a mastectomy. Cancer is in our family on my mother's side; my mom had a mastectomy at almost the same age. I am getting kind of nervous myself.
