Pasty, Salteña, Empanada.......?

Call it what you will, I call it delicious!

Inspired by the amazing Salteñas I had in Bolivia I made these with a basic short crust pastry and stuffed them with a mix of spicy chicken, potato and onion, a quails egg and an olive - so tasty!
