Unusual

I always thought that in hot weather fish tended to go a little deeper where the water is cooler, not so in the pond at Kimberley Park today.
Continuing our daily walks where Paddy spends less time on hot pavements and more time in the shade and on soft ground we timed our walk for later in the day, much later, post Stormers v Lions rugby in fact. As the media has reported on the following of these Lions, I’m one of the avid rugby fans still ‘tepid’ in their following of Lions 2021.

It’s been a hot day, I feel for Clare working through it and quite rightly Sam doesn’t want to sit around at home but as we have yet to get Paddy used to spending time on his own one of us has to be with him, my turn, in truth I don’t mind.
