My mum

Thank you all for xander's birthday wishes. 

Because of covid I haven't seen my mum in way over a year. She lives in Edinburgh and has came down for a couple of days. 
She stayed with my twin yesterday and we all met today at a local pub for some lunch. It was just great for my wildlings and myself to see her in person. They all came back here for a while to chill out in the garden. They have not long left. It's been a lovely day together. 

Oh I had my weight in yesterday and have lost 12lb in three weeks. I reckon I have another stone and a half to go. But I'm happy with the progress so far and can feel a difference.
