Automa-trunk
Automa-trunk is back in front of the museum, so I headed there this morning. The park was very busy as it is Eid, and the cricket ground had been taken over for their celebrations. The light was in the wrong direction for me, the elephant was in shade while the backdrop was in bright sunlight, added to which there were people constantly walking in the background, including some children. So I decided to come back in the afternoon when the light would be better and fewer people around.
When I returned there was one lady catching the sun, but she was well out of shot (and she did ask if she was in the way, which she wasn't) but there was also a council building services van parked very awkwardly, which I also kept out of shot, though that was trickier.
Automa-trunk represents the town's manufacturing and industrial roots.
That's all the elephants in Wardown Park, now I have to go further afield.
Part of the celebrations of the 30th anniversary of the local hospice, as well as a fundraiser for them.
This one is described here.
The hospice is here.
