Another 30 degree day. There was an occasional breeze today but it still felt hotter than that I think.

I had planned to go to town to collect my photos, but since it was Matt’s late shift I wasn’t up and ready until a bit later. I’ll go tomorrow instead, hopefully early enough to avoid the hottest bit of the day.

Since I couldn’t do that I’ve been ticking things off my big to-do list that I made at the start of the summer. In between each job I’ve had to have breaks in the shade (not that anywhere is particularly cool). About to brave it now and walk up to Tesco for some dinner bits.

Percy has spent a lot of time in our flat today, especially on the hallway floor which is a little bit cooler.
