Isolation

I had to go to the hospital for a COVID test today before going for a biopsy on my gums on Thursday. I was given this sheet of instructions to read and have to self isolate until Thursday. Apart from that I have spent the day trying to get out of the sun and find somewhere reasonably cool to sit.
