See that foxglove behind? nearly killed my fam

I brought foxglove stalks back from the allotment to save the seeds. Some spilled on the worktop, I didn’t wipe it up straight away.
DDIL cut up some cooked potatoes and they picked up the seeds. Luckily she noticed, and asked if it’s poisonous. After some Googling we decided to ditch the mash and start again.
Any view on how toxic they are?
