“Freedom Day” On Ham Hill

I met up with my friend Roger for our fortnightly walk, chat and coffee on Ham Hill. With the high temperature we focused more on the coffee and chat than walking!

Despite our new found freedom, the pub was sensibly operating on exactly the same lines it has been, no entry to the bar, table service, staff wearing masks, etc.

Tess had to do some shopping and said everyone was wearing masks in both our local supermarkets so it looks like people are generally being responsible.

Baked the weekly bread this afternoon then it was off to a very hot final Keep Fat session of the term. We all took it very easy!
