I managed to get a photo of a butterfly.  It stayed like this so I'm not sure what sort of is. ( tortoiseshell?). It was alongside a bee ( see extra) 

Another warm day. Slow stroll round the woods at Abbey H. 

Back home and had a spurt of energy in the garden. Lawn cut shrubs pruned, brown bin full. 
Time for a read outside.
