The Farm

I had a routine blood test this morning,  luckily the result was in-range so I don't need another for a month.  After leaving the surgery we decided to take a drive out to The Farm near Snitterfield.   It was not only quite quiet there was seating under the shade of the large tree, so we settled down for a drink 'under the spreading chestnut tree' (actually l don't know if it is a chestnut, but it was very leafy on its outspread branches).

The heatwave continues, we've ordered another fan for the house.  Sleeping is still difficult but maybe I'll acclimatise by the time it breaks, Saturday  apparently. 

I took this photo at The Farm, a candidate for today's Tiny Tuesday hosted by Suzanne.  The extras are a nasturtium bush, also at the farm, and one of the flowers with a tiny insect from the same bush.
