Evening at the local park

In small  towns there is not a lot to do but go to the local park which also, happens to incorporate the west fork of the white river. It's lined with bluffs and is a favorite area for locals to swim. Recently, the rumor is that some churches got involved and now there is a sign posted, "No Jumping from the Bluffs, No Smoking, No Alcohol". A lot fewer folks coming out.
