Garden Gatekeeper

With another very hot day in the south of the UK, I didn't venture far from the back door!  I did manage to cut the lawn and the garden looks so much better for it.

For the Tiny Tuesday challenge you nearly got an image of the ubiquitous "bee on a flower";  my Thyme has gone mad this year and was literally covered in them.  However, this gatekeeper butterfly was fluttering around and to my delight eventually settle for a few moments to feed.
