Happy!

I was very happy to be part of this coffee morning today! (I drank tea!). Dear friends from church - we’ve met mostly by Zoom throughout the pandemic, and only a few times in person, so it was great to be back together - in the garden, enjoying the shade and the flowers. The cake was made by my friend’s husband. It was delicious!

It was another hot day, but we met early before it got too hot. I didn’t need lunch after that delicious cake! I spent the rest of the day trying to stay cool in the garden.
