Yay!!!!

Hooray! Can’t contain my excitement about Brisbane winning their bid to host the Olympics in 2032!!!!

The Queensland Premier, mayor and some other dignitaries are in Tokyo to promote Brisbane and today was the day of the vote. And yay, Brisbane won. Too exciting. This will boost Brisbane even further into the world scene. Expo 1988 being the other major event that did that.

Attended Bible study again at the church near our house, and today someone actually gave me their number so we can arrange a coffee :).
