Can I canoe you down the river?

Or canal as the case may be. It must be a nice thing to do. I wonder if you can hire kyaks? But then I'd need training, as its years since I have done that. These two were going at a very leisurly pace. In other news bin wars is back on. A near neighbour completely blanked me in the local shop today, as I haven't been putting their bins out. Wait a minute; is that not their responsibility?  (They are young people compared to me, and more than capable of putting bins out.)
