Afternoon sun

A lovely session with the Tots this morning, followed by our online service. I must admit that I ran out of energy this afternoon as the heat got to me. Nothing would cool me down. 

I did rescue a cabbage white butterfly that had flown into my conservatory. It would stay still long enough for me to photograph it though. I had to very carefully guide it towards the open window. There were a few around at the time but needless to say, when I took my camera out, there was very little to be seen. Only this hoverfly obliged.
