Day 2

I continued on the Fife Coastal Path today. Walking from Rosyth to Burntisland. The day started very overcast, perfect for walking in. I had a pre conceived idea that this would not be a very pleasant, picturesque part of the trip but how wrong I was. Once I got past Rosyth dockyards and the industrial North Queensferry the route passed by the most stunning houses with lush gardens. There was a real sense that locals had a real pride in their area, lots of wild flowers had been scattered, interesting wee sitting areas. Once the sun came out and we continued on our way I felt like I was on holiday. A lovely day for a walk.
