Old Hairy face

I am always thrilled to see a jumper in the garden but they are not all that common in Winter.

This one was sunning him/herself on a camellia leaf.

Hamish was much improved this morning with barely a sign of his limp.  I took him for a gentle stroll which was not a good idea as he is limping again.   He has had his pain meds and I will keep him quiet for a week or so now, no gentle strolls, until I am sure he is up for it.  The trouble is of course every time I look like I am going out the front door he wants to come too.  Thanks for all your kind words yesterday.
