J dropped at the gym this morning, and the usual crowd were there. I didn't do so well today, but it was better than nothing. Walked into town afterwards, as I had some paperwork I needed to drop of in Lloyds bank except they were closed due to coronavirus. They were open last week, so I hope this doesn't mean they will close for good. I bought an M & S t-shirt (new) in the Cancer Research charity shop for the grand total of £2.50. Didn't hang around town for long, and came home on the bus. Was I glad to get home. One good thing about this heatwave is, I am eating much less, and I haven't had any alcohol for two weeks. I did have a few pounds I needed to get ride of, so that is good news, for me.
