the test to release is negative…..wonderful news! The first thing i did was empty my bins and recycling……it’s still to hot to go to Sainsbury’s so i’ll wait a bit longer….

after eating lovely salads , i want something a bit more substantial so i rummaged through the freezer and found a parmigiana….the first time i had it was on a beach in Sicily, so i do as if i am on the beach in Sicily and eat it cold…..with an espresso…..
