Stockbridge life

All the forecasts seemed to say this was going to be the hottest day of the year so far. Edinburgh was enveloped in grey cloud for most of the day … until I decided to go for a run around 5 o’clock, when the sun started to break through. Just typical - although there was a bit of a breeze so I didn’t melt altogether, thank goodness.

On my walk at lunchtime I spotted this colourful cyclist going along Raeburn Place, just passing by one of Stockbridge’s “iconic” shops, Corson Hardware.
