Impromptu barbecue

Well teppanyaki grill to be exact. All contents from freezer but surprisingly tasty for all that.

Struggled all day today. Combination of heat and feeling sluggish. Managed ten thousand steps but what a slog. Lots on at work, some of it quite interesting, but needed a sleep at lunchtime as felt really out of it. 

Evening similarly torpid. Probably a day best put to bed …
