Somewhere new, somewhere quiet

My swimming buddies and I found a delightful spot today on the River Rawthey near Sedbergh.  It's apparently called the Irishman's Dub, where the Irish navvies who built the Settle-Carlisle railway and stayed on to work on local farms, would have washed.  Today it was clear and cool.
