Dinner at the In-Laws’

Today was a sort of down day. After the excitement of early release, we had the chance to visit an aunt of mine (the one who had the 90th birthday in May which we could not attend because of lockdown). She is my Mum’s twin sister, so lovely to see her. Mrs SoL (aka Frenchtoast) will be blipping me with her tonight.
Then we did…….shopping. Into Bluewater for the obligatory wander around the mall, buying things that we could not do without… honest. 
Then back to my In-Laws for more chats, visits from more family and then a meal. The pic is of the packaging. 4 people fed for less than £15. Not bad at all. It was also surprisingly good. Tomorrow is more family encounters, before the big wedding day on Saturday. Weather has been kind, but the forecast isn’t so good for the big day. Wet weather options may be needed. We’ll see.  It won’t be spoilt whatever the weather.
