Ladbrookes

Renovation, part II starts next week. By September the kitchen will be out of action, and what little furniture we have downstairs will go back to storage, hence the new al fresco dining table.
Despite the heatwave I’m betting (you name the odds) that by the time we need to cook outside it’s p**ing it down!
In other news… the builder woke me at 7.30 (without notice), then had me barnet done, Paul came for lunch, Frenchie comes home tomorrow, Oddie comes back on Sunday, the fridge/freezer is sold and hopefully collected at the weekend, the grass has been cut, weeds have been weeded, walked 15k steps, cooked outside, read a book… and that’s about it. Time for bed.
