Garbanzo Stew

Garbanzo stew with spinach and tomatoes, and Moroccan chilled carrot salad. Wine: Château du Moulin-à-Vent Les Terrasses du Château 2018.

All was very good. It does seem pretty bold of a winery from the Moulin-à-Vent AOC of Beaujolais to call itself Château du Moulin-à-Vent.
