ARTIST'S IMPRESSION

Byron has produced a quick watercolour sketch to show how insignificantly small a shipping container would look in our back garden.
I am not altogether unfamiliar with artist's impressions – how they make everything look shiny and wonderful and seem to blend into the background, rather than standing out like a sore thumb – like they do once built!
Moreover, even in Byron's sketch the shipping container/studio looks huge and out of place, and I can't imagine any amount of painting, planting or camouflage will ever make it fit in – so while I agree that this is a lovely sketch, on the whole I remain unconvinced
