The Birds is Coming

As the old movie poster said. This was slightly less sinister unless you were a flying ant for today's the day they all took flight. At ground level there were dozens of starlings and LBJs (Little Brown Jobs such as sparrows) while at the higher level gulls and a few swifts were busy. The smaller birds were moving too fast to get a good photo. As soon as the ants had all flown the birds all moved on. I was surprised to see so many gulls as I thought that they only ate chips.
