A step back in time

A friend treated me to breakfast at a cafe where we could eat outside.  I then showed her the way to this wonderful Emporium.  So much to see.  It is where I found the cameo ring for my grandaughter.  It is so well tucked away on an industrial site, I am amazed there are any customers.  Even has a 'late night' opening.
I took it easy for the rest of the day by watching the Olympic opening ceremony, because last night, after going late to the chemist to pick up my prescription my asthma kicked in on the way home.  Fortunately today has been a tad cooler.
I can only tackle a light salad tonight as I have not had a cooked breakfast for yonks and it filled me up.
