Sparkly Shoes

I love these Doc Marten’s but they pinch my feet too much to be able to wear them.  Finally found a good home for them to go to and recipient was over the moon - whoop whoop!

Slept until midday today, was absolutely knackered.  Then cleaned kitchen, emptied bins, started the gigantic pile of washing, started to sort out secondary school stuff for The Dopski.  

OMG how much for school uniform and supplies???  At my school we only ask for a sweatshirt or cardi with a logo on, then we have sew on badges if people want them.  I don’t believe in charging parents tons of money for their child to go to school, although I do totally agree with a uniform.  So far, my total is over £200 and I still have to purchase, shirts, skirts/trousers, socks, PE socks, trainers, shoes!!!  It cost £25 for a locker???  Why???

Luckily we are in a position that these amounts won’t break the bank (although they will make a heavy dent in it) but what about all those parents who are just about keeping their head above water?  It’s absolute madness.
