Matt set off today for his big canoeing/camping trip with the boys. I’m going away on Monday before he gets back so I won’t see him for a whole week!

I’ve spent the afternoon baking some madeleines for tomorrow, doing some housework and watching the Olympics opening ceremony. It was still boiling today but quite windy, definitely a change coming! It’s such a lovely evening I might have a walk up to Tesco in a minute.
