Out of my way!

Walking along the working part of Hastings beach was hot, fascinating, and also a bit grim. The shore was littered with discarded fish - many corpses of what looked like tiny sharks (maybe dogfish?), bits of crabs and sea urchins. Quite revolting. However, among the carnage sat a few families enjoying the sun. Out of nowhere came this boy, hurtling towards the sea having the time of his life.
